We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the shipment as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30 Day 100% Guarantee.  Please notify Inspired Lighting of any defective or damaged item immediately for proper processing. 

How To Return Merchandise To Us Within 30 Days Using The Following Steps:

  1. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging.  Must be new, unused and in sellable condition.  Product returned without original packaging may be assessed restocking fees.
  2. Put the merchandise and a copy of the invoice that was included
    in your shipment into a box.
  3. Ship the box to the following address:

    ATTN: RETURNS DEPT

    New Orleans, Louisiana  70125
  4. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a credit will be issued against the original form of payment less any shipping charges.  

Please Note:

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for the cost of Returned/Refused packages including any and all penalties, fees and shipping costs the carriers may assess, due as a result of a refused delivery.  Merchandise that is returned to us due to a refused delivery will be credited to your account minus all costs the carrier charges due to the refusal.

Inspired Lighting/The Electric Candle Company can not be responsible for Returned/Refused deliveries and any costs that may be incurred to the customer as a result.
